At Natural Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we operate critical operational and fulfillment infrastructure for B2B brands, consumer packaged goods, and dietary supplement formulators. We recognize the importance of confidentiality and are committed to safeguarding client data and personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver white-label manufacturing, 3PL logistics, and contract packaging services:

• Client Account Details: Name, business name, corporate address, email, phone number, EIN/tax ID, and authorized representative credentials.
• Formulation & Operational Data: Bill of materials (BOM), SKU parameters, label artwork, packaging specifications, and customer fulfillment logs.
• Billing Information: Payment method identifiers, transaction histories, and Stripe invoicing profiles. (Raw payment card data is processed directly via PCI-DSS compliant gateways and never stored on our servers).
• Technical Metadata: IP address, device telemetry, browser characteristics, and session analytics for authentication, fraud prevention, and portal reliability.

2. How We Use Client Information

Data gathered through our applications and portal is used solely for legitimate business operations:

• Executing manufacturing batches, batch record validation, and fulfillment routing.
• Verifying compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP protocols and lot traceability laws.
• Generating commercial invoices, statements of work (SOWs), and logistical transit manifests.
• Maintaining system integrity, security audits, and preventing unauthorized system access.

3. Non-Disclosure & Proprietary Formulations

We treat client formulations, brand identities, custom recipes, and fulfillment volumes as strictly confidential trade secrets. We never sell, rent, license, or monetize client data or audience metrics to third-party data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Regulatory Archives

Under FDA cGMP guidelines, certain manufacturing batch records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and lot destruction logs must be retained for at least one year past the product expiration date, or two years from date of distribution. Non-regulatory client account data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus applicable statutory audit periods.

5. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you or your authorized representatives have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal records, subject to statutory cGMP record-keeping requirements. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Natural Solutions LLC ("Vendor") and the client entity or representative ("Client") placing purchase orders, initiating production runs, or utilizing our logistics network.

1. Acceptance & Statements of Work

Each approved digital quote, paid Stripe invoice, or signed production ledger constitutes an enforceable Statement of Work (SOW). Placement of a deposit signifies immediate acceptance of these terms and authorization to purchase raw materials and schedule facility run-time.

2. Payment Milestones & Production Capital

• Standard Run Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit plus mandatory setup/compliance onboarding fees are required to lock formulation runs and allocate inventory.
• Balance Completion: The remaining 50% balance plus freight and carrier surcharges must be cleared prior to dispatch or integration into 3PL direct pick-and-pack bins.
• Late Payment & Holding Fees: Finished product held in staging past 30 days due to outstanding balances will accrue pallet storage fees. Unclaimed goods past 60 days are subject to abandonment provisions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Client IP: Client exclusively retains all rights, trademarks, labels, and copyrighted creative assets supplied for production.

Vendor IP: Natural Solutions retains all proprietary manufacturing trade secrets, machinery calibration protocols, baseline carrier agreements, and custom compounding techniques developed internally.

4. Research Use Only (RUO) & Regulatory Acknowledgments

For specific peptide, specialized botanical, or research compounds explicitly cataloged as "Research Use Only" (RUO), Client acknowledges that such materials are not intended for human consumption or unapproved clinical diagnosis. Client assumes all legal responsibility for commercial compliance within their operational territories.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Solutions' aggregate liability for any claim arising from a production run shall not exceed the actual fees paid by Client for that specific batch. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with dispute resolution through binding commercial arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

Natural Solutions operates under strict quality standards aligned with FDA 21 CFR Part 111 (Current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, Labeling, or Holding Operations for Dietary Supplements).

1. Raw Material Verification & Sourcing

Every ingredient entered into our production line undergoes rigorous identity verification, microbiological screening, and heavy metal testing (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury). Raw materials are released for blending only after passing identity verification against reference standards.

2. Certificates of Analysis (COA)

A finished-product Certificate of Analysis is generated for each production lot. COAs detail active ingredient potency, physical inspection criteria, micro testing results (total plate count, yeast/mold, E. coli, Salmonella), and heavy metal compliance. Client copies are uploaded directly to the client document portal prior to shipment.

3. Labeling Compliance & Dietary Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for final label claims and ensuring their branding meets federal FTC and FDA dietary supplement labeling regulations (including structure/function disclaimers and net quantity requirements).

Because all production orders, custom compounding, and private-label packaging are manufactured specifically to client specifications, all custom production runs are non-refundable once raw material blending has commenced.

1. Incoming Inspection & Claims Window

Client has ten (10) business days from receipt of freight shipment or tracking delivery notice to inspect received goods and file a formal Quality Discrepancy Notice.

2. Valid Grounds for Batch Rejection

• Failure to conform to agreed-upon finished product specifications as demonstrated by accredited third-party lab testing.
• Physical batch defect attributable to vendor blending, filling, induction sealing, or incorrect labeling.
• Severe transit damage documented on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the moment of freight receipt.

3. Resolution & Remanufacturing

If a defect is verified by our quality assurance team, Natural Solutions will, at its discretion, either: (a) expedite a priority re-blend and re-packaging of the defective unit count at zero cost to Client, or (b) issue a commercial credit applied to Client's next production run.

1. Essential Technical Cookies
